Saber o nome, a categoria profissional, a especialidade, a função e o cargo de quem lhe está prestando assistência;
Ter informações claras, objetivas e compreensíveis sobre as ações diagnósticas, terapêuticas, tratamentos propostos, riscos, alternativas de tratamento e prognósticos no momento adequado;
Ter oportunidade de esclarecer dúvidas sobre o procedimento anestésico a que será submetido e possíveis complicações e efeitos adversos que podem acontecer e que são inerentes a técnica;
Formalmente autorizar um representante legal, ou familiar, para que tenha acesso às informações citadas no item anterior.
Recusar procedimentos e/ou terapêuticas e revogar consentimentos anteriores.
Solicitar uma segunda opinião médica.
Confidencialidade e sigilo profissional, desde que não acarrete riscos a terceiros ou à Saúde Pública.
Privacidade.
Não sofrer qualquer espécie de discriminação.
Avaliação, orientação e manejo da dor durante o período da assistência anestésica.
Requerer as informações de seu prontuário.
Receber resultados dos exames que desejar.
Ter acesso às contas referentes às suas despesas particulares.
Receber proteção e segurança, na medida em que os procedimentos e as instalações possibilitem.
Ter acesso aos médicos responsáveis pela sua anestesia, mesmo após a alta, para esclarecer eventuais dúvidas.

Fornecer informações precisas e completas sobre assuntos relacionados à sua saúde.
Seguir as instruções fornecidas pelos profissionais responsáveis pelo seu tratamento.
Responsabilizar-se quando da recusa em receber tratamento ou seguir orientações da equipe assistencial.
Cumprir os regulamentos da Instituição e preservar os recursos da Instituição e do ecossistema.
Respeitar os direitos dos demais pacientes e dos profissionais da Instituição.

Provide accurate and complete information on matters related to your health.
Follow the instructions provided by the professionals responsible for your treatment.
Take responsibility when you refuse to receive treatment or follow the guidance of the assistance team.
Comply with the regulations of the institution and preserve the resources of the institution and the ecosystem.
Respect the rights of the other patients and the professionals of the institution.
